New role! As an Office Manager Service, you are mainly concerned with tasks related to the field service, but there is more! It is a versatile function, based on service, contact with customers, purchasing and administration. You also ensure - for example - that the field service runs smoothly and that the employees do not miss out. You have contact with several departments and also with our relations. This means that if you like interacting with people, you will certainly get your money's worth!

This is what you will do:
Helping service with planning, purchasing materials, helping with work preparation
Make offers for maintenance and communicate appointments to customers (25%)
Administration, work orders, invoicing, processing orders (25%)

This is what you bring: A completed MBO + education, preferably with experience. Knowledge of a foreign language, experience in or working for a service organization is appreciated.
